Making, improving and learning. This is what we stand for.

What someone can do shows in what they have made, or in the effort they put in. That is why every profile is about work: what you made, improved or taught others, and what your part in it was. Effort and experience count, even if you taught yourself.

You describe in your own words what you do. Your own title is welcome, with your own explanation, and your profile grows with your work. Whoever is looking for something starts with a goal. We make sure the two find each other, even when nobody knows the right job title. And new roles are emerging.

Not to join, not to respond and not to rank higher. How the platform will earn money is something we are working out with the first participants in the pilot. The starting point: only when real collaboration happens, and always made clear up front.
