Privacy statement

This statement explains which personal data Nederlands platform voor AI-makers processes when you visit this website, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are.
Who is responsible
Appsolutions, Daalwijkdreef 47, 1103 AD Amsterdam (Chamber of Commerce 34371496), is the controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Questions or requests about your data: info@appsolutions.nl.
When you visit the website
- IP address and technical data. Every request reaches the server with your IP address and browser details; that is technically unavoidable. Our server does not store your IP address. To limit abuse we keep it in memory for a few minutes at most (for example to block too many form submissions). Our hosting provider keeps technical logs for a short time for security and troubleshooting.
- Local storage in your browser. Your choice of light or dark theme are kept in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device. See Cookies.
- No statistics. We do not measure who visits which pages.
Contact form
When you use the contact form we process your name, email address, your message and anything else you fill in (phone, organisation), plus the date and the page you sent it from. We only use this to reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering questions, or steps prior to a contract when you ask about a service (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR). We keep messages as long as needed to handle them, and no longer than 24 months. A copy of your message is emailed to our team.
Signing up: I'm looking and I make
If you sign up through "I'm looking" or "I make", we process your name, email address and what you fill in yourself: for "I'm looking" your question, the reason and the goal, and optionally organisation and budget; for "I make" what you do, what you made, a link to your work, what you offer and your own title. We also store the date and whether you confirmed your address through the link in our email. If you then use the portal, we store your profile, work, offers, questions and responses, and a login cookie that only works on this site. We use this to set up the pilot and to get in touch with you. Legal basis: your consent, which you give by signing up and confirming your address (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw at any time via info@appsolutions.nl; we then delete your data. We keep sign-ups for at most 24 months. We send the confirmation email through Resend.
Who sees your data
Only parties needed to run the site, each under a data processing agreement:
- Railway (EU West): website hosting and storage of form messages and sign-ups.
- Resend: sending email.
Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, this is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell data and only share it further when the law requires us to.
Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Stored data is only accessible to staff who need it, behind a password. Form submissions are rate-limited per IP address to prevent abuse.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Email info@appsolutions.nl; we reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
When we change this statement, the new date appears at the top.
